I really loved how close we were to Westminster Castle, just about 2 km away, and Faversham Park, which was only a short walk of just under 3 km, making it easy to enjoy both the history and nature of the area during our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by numerous issues. The room was outdated, with a jammed door and hair in the shower. Additionally, the noise from the nearby freeway made it hard to get a good night's rest.

The Doubletree By Hilton offered a great space for work, with a well-equipped business center and meeting rooms. The staff was efficient and helpful in assisting with my needs, including setting up presentation equipment. The comfort of the room was appreciated, as well as the good water pressure in the shower, which enhanced my overall experience.

The homemade cookies they served were a sweet delight, and that outdoor patio area was a nice spot to unwind. Plus, I enjoyed the accessibility of electrical outlets all over the lobby. Perfect for techies like me!

But let’s chat about those extra costs—they've got all kinds of hidden fees creep in for breakfast or coffee. Oh, and I was placed on a floor with renovations, so I was sniffing paint the whole time! Maybe switch to low-VOC paints next time, Doubletree?

Great location near the highway and surprisingly quiet! The staff went above and beyond to help us out considering our hiccup with the room situation.

However, the heating was on a permanent vacation, and the shower decided to play hide and seek with hot water. Quite the adventure!

We had an amazing stay with fresh-baked cookies waiting for us during check-in, and the cozy indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the jacuzzi offered a nice touch for unwinding. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that didn't really take away from our fun experience. 😊
